Qualifications

  • Any Graduate/CA/ICWA

Experience

  • 3 to 8 plus years of experience in the credit space with bank of repute / NBFCs

Functional Responsibilities

  • Detailed and objective assessment MSME Loan, Business Finance, Loan Against Property / Machinery and Onward Lending applications originating from across Tamil Nadu & PAN India
  • Preparing Credit Appraisal Note
  • Assess applicant profiles based on performance against predefined criteria, as well as an independent analysis on borrower’s credit profile
  • Credit appraisals of loan proposals with the help of financial analysis of the customers, information and data gathered in personal discussions, background reference checks, field investigation etc
  • Assessing credit worthiness of applicant by use of performance history and future forecasts along with liquidity, debt/asset management and profitability ratios
  • Assessing needs of clients and accordingly charting out viable finance portfolio after considering financial, legal and technical aspects

Functional Responsibilities

  • New Client Acquisition & Business generation of MSME & LAP Business- Direct sourcing only
  • Undertake basic financial analysis of the customer to understand the financial health of the company and their promoters
  • Have a strong understanding of policies and norms of the company
  • Undertake field investigation and personal discussions with the customers (as necessary)
  • Shall be responsible for sourcing, servicing, and disbursing the business

Qualifications

  • Any Graduate from a recognized University

Experience

  • 3-8 years of experience in MSME / Business finance sales in Bank or NBFC

Functional Competencies
