Job Purpose

  • An experienced Finance & Accounting professional to perform effective financial planning, accounting and risk management and plan the organization's financial strategy.

Functional Responsibilities

  • Preparation of all financial statements on quarterly and annual basis ensuring adherence to approved accounting practices
  • Assure compliance with all the provisions of direct & indirect tax rules including on time remittance of dues and filing of income tax, TDS and service tax returns
  • Manage Fund requirement and advise funding options such as debt/equity ratio
  • Manage Debt raise including initiation of NCD raise when time comes
  • Ensure strict compliance with all statutory requirements under RBI, SEBI and Companies Act
  • Be abreast of new developments in accounting areas, RBI regulations, SEBI listing related regulations, taxation & other applicable laws which could have significant impact on the organization
  • Liaise with auditors and ensure on time completion of internal, statutory and tax audits
  • Manage the daily pay in and pay out of funds
  • Control vendor payments to release payments based on order terms and fund availability
  • Generate on time MIS reports covering monthly profit & loss accounts, ABC analysis and ageing analysis
  • Examine and analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards
  • Effectively driving standards & procedures under GAAP's that need to be complied with by the organization


  • CA (mandatory) and other preferable qualifications (CWA/CS/CFA)


  • 8+ years of experience in leading Finance & Accounts in NBFC/Banks

Functional Competencies

  • Abreast with latest Accounting principles (Ind AS & GAAP), GST, Transfer Pricing and Direct Taxation
  • Working knowledge in strategic Finance areas, including financial planning & accounting, taxation, budgeting, reporting & controlling, financial & operational compliances
  • Knowledge in business and management principles including fund raise
