Functional Responsibilities
New Client Acquisition & Business generation of MSME & LAP Business- Direct sourcing only
Undertake basic financial analysis of the customer to understand the financial health of the company and their promoters
Have a strong understanding of policies and norms of the company
Undertake field investigation and personal discussions with the customers (as necessary)
Shall be responsible for sourcing, servicing, and disbursing the business
Qualifications
Any Graduate from a recognized University
Experience
3-8 years of experience in MSME / Business finance sales in Bank or NBFC
Functional Competencies
Deep understanding of MSME sector and MSME finance space with focus on sales
Ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure superior customer experience
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good networking skills and ability to establish, nurture and leverage relationships
Good client base and connects with MSMEs / Businesses in respective location
Working knowledge in strategic Finance areas, including financial planning & accounting, taxation, budgeting, reporting & controlling, financial & operational compliances
Knowledge in business and management principles including fund raise
